Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
These terms apply to the e99 platform (https://e99.bio) and all its services. By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, you legally agree to all terms described here.
E99 services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in areas where online betting is legal. If you are underage or if online betting is prohibited in your location, please stop using the platform immediately.
E99 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
When registering at e99, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating accounts with false or someone else’s identity is strictly forbidden. Each individual may only operate one account; multiple accounts will be canceled along with any balances.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect any security breach or unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. You are accountable for all activity conducted through your account.
Key User Responsibilities
- Any fraudulent activity, use of bots, or automated software on the platform is strictly forbidden.
- Misconduct or harassment towards other users is not allowed.
- Use of e99 for money laundering or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
- Exploitation of any technical vulnerabilities in the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Abuse of bonuses or promotions ("Bonus Abuse") is prohibited.
Payment, Transactions & Financial Terms
All financial transactions on e99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Local payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers are supported for both deposits and withdrawals.
Identity verification (KYC) completion is mandatory for withdrawals. Your national ID or passport must match the name on your mobile banking account. Transactions using third-party payment methods are not permitted.
Minimum deposit amounts are set and vary depending on the promotion. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method and account level. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds won from bonuses.
If fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected, e99 reserves the right to block or cancel any transaction and may notify law enforcement if necessary.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
E99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Suspected Terms Violation
- Incomplete Identity Verification
- Suspicious Financial Activity
- Account Security Breach
- If fraud or money laundering is proven
- Managing Multiple Accounts
- Bonus System Abuse
- Confirmed Minor
Whether the valid balance is refunded when an account is closed depends on the outcome of an investigation. Balances may be confiscated if fraud is confirmed.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact support. Valid balances will be refunded, but any bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.
Intellectual Property, Liability Limitations & Third Parties

All content on the e99 platform—including logos, designs, text, software, and game interfaces—is owned by e99 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or commercial use without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
Liability Limitations
E99 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred from betting or gaming on the platform. While e99 will make every effort to resolve issues caused by technical errors, internet disconnections, or unexpected server problems, there is no obligation for compensation.
Third-Party Services
Third-party game providers and payment gateway services are used on the e99 platform. e99 is not directly responsible for the actions or terms of these third parties. Their own policies apply when using these services.
Applicable Law & Changes to Terms
These terms and any disputes regarding use of the e99 platform will be governed by applicable law. Any dispute between users and e99 will first be attempted to be resolved through direct discussion.
E99 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Important changes may be notified on the platform, but this is not guaranteed in all cases.
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain fully effective. The Bangla version of the terms is considered the official document.
